At A place of Peace Psychology, I offer a range of evidence based therapies including, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). My approach is tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, promoting healing and personal growth.

Our Initial meeting is focused on understanding your needs and how to best work together to achieve your treatment goals, including the type of therapy.
